Revision for Chapter 1:
There were questions from 1 of the parents on Saturday as to how to help your child in Maths.

Things to note for this chapter. Refer to the contents page from the textbook. The things which they need to learn are all inside.

E.g. for Chapter 1:
1) Counting to 1000
2) Place Value
3) Comparing Numbers
4) Order and Pattern
5) Even and Odd numbers

That means, there are 5 objectives for this chapter which has to be completed and achieved.

Pls note this mis-conception. 

The Value of the digit (e.g. 5 in 259)  Vs
The PLACE VALUE of the digit (e.g. 5 in 259)

The value of 5 in 259 is 50, vs the place value of the digit 5 in 259 is tens.
It is a common mistake for the students...
