Pls note that Monday is a school holiday. School is happening on Tuesday and Wednesday. 

Thursday and Friday is online learning as it is PSLE oral days.

Announcement for Friday's celebrations

Dear all, 

Pls note the following:

For Friday, pls assemble at the parade square. Parents are also invited, pls do come around 8.30 am. For students, pls assemble at the normal time. 

Do wear a red t-shirt if you have one. It should match with your PE shorts.

Bring along a story book and a water bottle. Snacks are not allowed. A bun and a packet of milo will be given instead on the actual day. 

You may wear sport shoes if you have.

Announcement on 2 July

Dear all,

Please note:
1) Spelling tomorrow will only have 8 phrases. The remaining 4 phrases and the dictation will be tested next Wednesday.

2) Normal Spelling will be on every Wednesday.

3) The first Maths test: Week 6 while the first English test is around week 5.

4) There is a Speech and Drama performance which all the parents are invited. This is held on 31 July (week 5), Thursday. Time: 0845 -- 0945.
An invite will be sent out shortly. Please RVSP and let me know how many of you will be coming on that day.

1) Spelling is suspended this week. It will resume next week for the last Spelling of the term. Please also learn the words for the composition too.

2) Learnlogy homework is assigned on next Wednesday, 28 May where there is no school that day. RMPS teachers will be at Science centre for our annual Animate festival.

3) Please bring along the 2B Maths WB and the Reading Comprehension Booklet 1 and 2 (some of you have not handed in booklet 1), and Listening Comprehension Booklet 2 tomorrow.

4) The P1 registration form was given out yesterday for the siblings' registration. Please complete and return back either to me or to the general office directly.

5) School handbook: $1.80. Some of the students have not given me the money yet. Please do so asap.

English test in week 9:
Topics tested: Food Fit for a King and Magnetic Max
Format of the test is also similar to the previous 2 unit reviews.
Will post more once I have looked through in detail the actual grammar items we need to study.


Learnlogy assignments: these are optional. Please do not feel so stressed that these need to be completed on the very same day or week. There is no harsh deadline. Just try your best to complete the assignments.
Learning should really be fun.


Next lesson on AnimateImagine:
This coming Monday is the only lesson we will be doing the actual filming of the drawings that they have completed. So, if they have completed at least 2 stories, they are encouraged to bring them on Friday for safe-keeping in school. :)
For those who did not bring them this Friday, just remember to bring them back next Monday.

We'll also be starting lessons on Art Rage. This is a paid software to draw using this software. It's much more interesting than using Paint last year to draw the monster and fairies.
You may want to see some samples of drawings done previously by another group of students.


Some of the children have received some letters for them to get spectacles or to get their eye sight tested further. Please let me know if your child needs to sit in front in the interim period.
